Does MCMC have a warranty on the vehicles that they sell?

 

 Yes. We know that one of the biggest fears that car buyers have when they purchase a pre-owned vehicle is that they will get a “bad” vehicle.  We protect your purchase by providing you with a 1 year or 12,000 mile limited power train warranty at no cost on all vehicles with a sales price of $12,000 or higher.  Don't worry, if your car is priced $11,995 or below we've still got you covered with a 3 month or 3,000 mile iimited power train warranty.  This warranty covers the motor, transmission, and drive train with a $100 deductible amount.

Each unit that we sell is evaluated and serviced by our own service centers before being offered for sale. We are also very proud to say that we are a CARFAX CERTIFIED DEALER.

What do I need to bring with me when I go to MCMC to apply for a loan?

 

Please bring the following items with you to the dealership:

 

  • Proof of income (such as pay stubs, social security documentation, or pension documentation) 
  • Proof of residence (a recent utility bill, lease, or mortgage) 
  • Copy of your Home phone bill or Cell phone bill
  • Name, address, and telephone numbers for at least 6 local references

Where do I go to make my payments once I have purchased a vehicle at MCMC?

MCMC offers our customers the ability to make payments in person at many of our locations.  We also offer the option of phoning in your payments using your debit/credit card.  Most recently, MCMC now offers our customers the ability to set up their account online and pay through this website, or to set up re-occurring payments that will be debited electronically straight from your checking or savings account on the due date each month.  At MCMC, we understand that today’s world can be hectic, that is why we offer so many different ways to make your payments.

Do you have financing terms for people with less than perfect credit?

MCMC knows that bad things can happen to good people.  That’s why MCMC specializes in arranging auto loans for individuals who have had credit problems in the past.  We can help almost any credit situation. Previous repossessions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, charged-off accounts, tax liens, delinquent credit cards, and judgments you may have against you are all obstacles that we have overcome in the past.

Obviously, each person’s situation is a little different, but our loan specialists work each and every day with the situations described above and want to give each customer a chance to re-establish their credit worthiness.

Does MCMC report to the credit bureaus?

 

        Yes. Each month MCMC reports all credit from each account to both Equifax and TransUnion credit bureaus to help our customers re-build or establish their credit.  Please be careful of some dealerships that will tell you that they report to the credit bureau.  Many only report negative credit and not the positive credit that you are trying to build on.  Also, many dealerships only report to one bureau.  If you are shopping elsewhere, be sure to specifically ask if they report POSITIVE CREDIT EACH MONTH to the bureau(s).

How do I know how much down payment I need to qualify for an auto loan?

Unlike our competition, MCMC does not have pre-set down payments on every unit.  Your specific information will be evaluated by our staff of specialists who try to get you the loan amount you desire for the least amount of money down!

Our process is simple.  First, one of our experienced sales associates will fill out a quick one page auto loan application.  Second, they will send the application to our finance department to verify the accuracy.  Third, the finance department will send back the approval form to the sales associate giving them the loan amount that you will qualify for on your auto purchase.  This whole process is generally finished in less than 1 hour!  Our goal is to make your car buying experience fast and pleasant.
